Business Support Specialist Opportunities
Job Description:- In this role, you will provide critical technical and administrative support for all trading systems within the ultra-low latency support team. You will collaborate with development teams, quantitative traders, and key business stakeholders to ensure scalability, runtime environment, and stability.
- You will remotely manage and monitor server hosts in multiple colocations across Europe, maintaining and managing the batch scheduling environment and monitoring systems.
- Responsibilities also include managing and prioritizing requests from internal IT support functions, diagnosing issues, and troubleshooting existing application configurations.
Technical Requirements:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with extensive experience tracing problems through log file analysis and understanding application/systems logic (e.g., routing paths).
- Experience with or supporting a batch scheduling system is an advantage.
- Knowledge of or a desire to develop networked application systems, including exposure to database environments and Windows (2012, 2019).

- Self-motivated and creative.
