Technical Support Specialist

This role involves collaborating with customers to resolve complex technical issues using innovative approaches.

About the Position:
  • This is a hands-on technical position that requires efficient and effective communication with customers, utilizing our product.
  • The ideal candidate will own customer communications and issues from initial contact through to resolution.
  • A key responsibility will be becoming an expert in our product's capabilities and functionalities.
  • The primary objective is to ensure all customers have a positive experience with our product.
  • Working closely with our product teams, you will help identify current issues and provide informed opinions on potential solutions.
Key Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of technical support experience is essential.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, SDKs, and Webhooks is required.
  • A solid understanding of technology fundamentals and modern tools (Slack, Chrome, Coda, Asana, etc.) is necessary.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong communication skills are vital, including the ability to question, clarify, empathize, use appropriate tone and language, and be personable.
  • You will be responsible for troubleshooting and utilizing resources to answer questions on baseline topics.
  • Ability to take action on feedback and adapt to changing priorities.
