As our Data Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Analytics Engineers and Data Analysts, promoting individual development and maximizing team impact.
  • Strategic Roadmap: Develop, own, and execute the strategic roadmap for data analytics and business intelligence, prioritising initiatives that deliver maximum value.
  • Technical Oversight & Data Platform: Oversee the architecture, development, and maintenance of our analytics infrastructure, including our Snowflake Data Warehouse and our dbt-centric transformation layer.
  • Insight Generation & Delivery: Partner closely with stakeholders across Product, Risk, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to understand their needs, translate them into analytical requirements, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Best Practices & Process Optimisation: Champion and implement best practices in analytics engineering, data modelling, data governance, testing, and documentation to improve data reliability and team efficiency.
We are looking for a candidate with:
  • 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or analytics engineering, with at least 2+ years of proven experience managing and leading analytical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and motivate high-performing technical teams, with a willingness to engage deeply in technical challenges alongside the team.
  • Deep proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data manipulation.
  • Extensive hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining data models and transformation pipelines using dbt.
  • Strong understanding of modern data warehousing concepts and practical experience with cloud data warehouses, specifically Snowflake.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Omni, Looker, Power BI).
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of effective cross-functional collaboration, building strong relationships with technical and non-technical partners.Please note that we are not limited to candidates with experience in FinTech or eCommerce domains, although it would be a plus.
