Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Client Account Manager to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.

  • Become the main point of contact for customers, building strong relationships through on-site visits and discussions of their needs.
  • Develop and advise clients on tailored solutions using Acorn Water products and services.
  • Prepare customized Quotes for customers based on their requirements.
  • Secure Quotes from suppliers on behalf of Acorn Water, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Proactively manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and foster long-term partnerships.

The successful candidate will possess meticulous attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, outstanding interpersonal skills, and relevant experience in the wastewater treatment industry or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a 3rd level qualification in Industrial Chemistry, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or Microbiology.
  • Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in the industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Display excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate complex technical information.
  • Showcase superb technical writing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
