Commercial Business Solutions Specialist


Job Description:

This role is focused on delivering commercial business solutions to clients. You will be working closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to align solutions with product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the transition of multiple software upgrades.
  • Managing multiple clients and projects concurrently.
  • Drawing up new requirements for clients.
  • Consulting with clients on best practices and process improvement.
  • Overseeing day-to-day tasks of the development team.
  • Running scrum ceremonies.
  • Cultivating strong business relationships with multiple clients and have the ability to troubleshoot and think outside the box.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase solutions to clients.
  • Working closely with stakeholders and the team to investigate operational issues, problems, and opportunities.
  • Identifying appropriate, effective, and efficient solutions through improvements in product and process.
Requirements:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Business acumen.
  • Commercially savvy with a genuine interest in business.
  • Proficient with a variety of business analysis techniques, tools, and standards.
  • Strong understanding of business structure and key business principles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships.
