Client Success Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Client Success Specialist to manage client accounts, ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes through effective use of our products.
Main Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date client information.
- Execute on account administration strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Serve as first point of contact for clients, addressing or routing inquiries for prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with sales and success teams to ensure product adoption and customer retention.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong organizational, time management skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with customer success software and CRM platforms is desired.
This role offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with regular in-office days.
This position requires a customer-focused mindset, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build rapport and trust with customers and stakeholders.
