Job Title

We are seeking an exceptional client onboarding specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless implementation of new clients into our system.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Client Onboarding: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of operational transactions.
  2. Transaction Management: Manage a portfolio of companies operating employee share plans, interacting with customers/clients on operational transactions and executing timely processing of operational transactions.
  3. Documentation and Process Development: Organize, develop, and maintain procedural and process documentation related to client companies' programs to ensure accurate transaction processing and minimize risk.
  4. Project Implementation: Assist in identifying new system tools and enhancements to existing systems, implementing projects to enhance business operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Stakeholder and Project Management: Proven numeric, financial analysis, documentation, and procedural skills required.
  • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrate commercial acumen with an ability to be innovative and proactive.
