Role Summary

We are seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to support adults with physical and intellectual disabilities, autism, and other support needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Adults towards Independent Living
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised plans.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Provide emotional support and promote the well-being of service users.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework or equivalent in Health or Social Care.
  • At least 1 year's experience working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
  • Experience working with challenging behaviours.
  • Strong knowledge of legislation protecting vulnerable adults.
  • A full, clean manual driver's license and availability of own car.
