We are seeking an analytical financial expert to partner with our R&D team and support our innovation efforts.


As a key player in driving business outcomes, you will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that align with our company's vision.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires a deep understanding of financial modelling, analysis, and strategy development. As a member of our dynamic team, you will work closely with cross-functional groups to drive business growth and improve profitability.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute financial strategies that support R&D initiatives and product development goals.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform investment decisions and optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with product operations to drive efficiency gains and enhance team productivity.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against strategic objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the ramp-up time of new hires to assess onboarding process efficiency.
  • Analyze product portfolios to optimize gross margin performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Foster partnerships with procurement and accounts payable teams to enhance vendor management and drive cost savings.
  • Support global expansion programs by partnering with business leaders to develop commercial strategies.
  • Collaborate with Tax and R&D teams to maximize R&D grants globally.
  • Conduct technology/customer due diligence and facilitate post-acquisition integration processes during M&A activity.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial modelling, analysis, and strategy development.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in financial software and tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Understanding of product development processes and Agile methodologies is a plus.
