Job Opportunity for a Senior Analog Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analog Design Engineer to join our design team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves designing high-speed analog and mixed-signal IC circuit blocks from concept to final verification.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in CMOS design, preferably in high-speed I/O IC design. They will also possess strong understanding of jitter and signal equalization techniques.

Responsibilities:
  • Designing high-speed analog and mixed-signal IC circuit blocks using advanced technology nodes
  • Collaborating with Physical Design Engineers to design IC circuit blocks and PMA sections
  • Working with Technical Team Leads on circuit design and SERDES architectures
  • Mentoring junior Design Engineers as needed

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient solutions to complex technical problems. They will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.

Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of CMOS design experience, preferably in CMOS SERDES or high-speed I/O IC design
  • Strong understanding of jitter and signal equalization techniques
  • Proficiency in CAD tools for circuit simulation, layout, and verification
  • BEng, MEng, or PhD qualification

Preferred skills include experience with Cadence tools and design in technologies >10Gbps and
