We are seeking an experienced legal professional to join our organization as a knowledge expert.

  • Monitor and assess relevant legislation, case law, and regulatory developments in Ireland and the EU.
  • Produce detailed briefings and reports on the implications of these developments for practice.
  • Develop and manage valuable know-how collections.
  • Contribute to the development of house views and positions on technical issues.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and updating precedents and practice tools.
  • Designing and delivering education and training courses.
  • Communicating know-how and precedent developments to the organization.
  • Participating in legal tech pilots and implementations.
Client-Facing Activities

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

  • Producing briefing papers and presentations for clients.
  • Preparing and delivering client training sessions.
Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must possess:

  • A qualified solicitor with experience in private practice, preferably in a larger firm.
  • Minimum six years relevant experience.
  • Commercially aware with a good understanding of business issues faced by clients.
  • Target-driven individual with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent research skills and a comprehensive understanding of the legislative process in the EU and Ireland.
