Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Growth Specialist. This role involves managing a book of enterprise customers, driving overall account health, and delivering proactive workshops and business reviews to help users grow their business.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, investigating issues, and delivering insights. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will work closely with sales, technical account managers, and operations teams to provide exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

You will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with account executives and technical account managers to support post-sale engagements focused on the optimization, retention, and growth of Stripe's enterprise customers
  • Managing a book of customers to drive overall account health, including performance, product adoption, usage velocity, account renewals and growth, referrals, and customer satisfaction
  • Serving as a trusted payments and product advisor to managed customers by delivering payment performance and industry insights
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong business sense and understanding of underlying drivers and strategy of our user's businesses
  • Track record of leading technical conversations and persuading others to take action based on requirements and value provided by solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate data and people to find answers
  • Excellent operating rigor, including organizational and time management skills
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders
  • A history of success as a consultant, pre-sales, technical account management, or equivalent
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of €86,400 - €129,600 and a comprehensive benefits package that includes equity, company bonus, sales commissions/bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.

Location

This role is based in Dublin and requires regular travel to meet with customers and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
