Job Title: Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage commercial and contractual matters, ensuring that all elements of scope of work are well included in the Contract requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist in development of new frameworks to ensure organisation enduring requirements are fully met.
    • Support in development of prequalification and evaluation criteria and evaluations of packages.
    • Support in development of tenders, evaluation criteria, scope of work etc and evaluation of proposals.
    • Manage commercial and contractual matters, in close collaboration with commercial, procurement and legal departments.
    • Pro-active contracts management and claim negotiations including resolution of issues/disputes of Contracts.
    • Lead on assessment of contract variations in line with contractual provisions.
    • Reviewing Supplier's contract submittals and arranging responses to same within contractual timescales.
    • Ensure contract compliance throughout the duration of the contract, including monitoring deliverables, managing variations and claims and resolving disputes.
