Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries, providing accurate information and clear explanations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Warranty Claims Management: Efficiently manage daily warranty claims, adhering to company procedures and guidelines to ensure seamless processes.
  • Communication: Foster trust through open and engaging communication with customers, maintaining high standards of customer service at all times.
  • Order and Request Management: Manage customer orders, requests, emails, and questions efficiently, ensuring excellent service and customer experience.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Prepare and process warranty documentation, ensuring all required criteria are met and verified.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Warranty Administrator or Sales support associate; in-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices; good knowledge of MS Office package; analytical and multitasking skills; detail oriented and ability to work with data in a structured way; teamwork and motivational skills.
