Job Description

The role of Customer Account Specialist focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the Irish market. This includes addressing client inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction, and supporting their bulk purchases of gift cards.

Our clients include well-known brands such as Tesco, An Post, and Marks & Spencer.

The role involves supporting the setup and daily operations of B2B gift card clients using our Cash Star platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and drive account growth.
  • Utilise a CRM tool to manage client interactions and track account activities.
  • Monitor the Cash Star platform and assist clients with account-related queries and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.
  • Set and achieve individual objectives, reviewing performance regularly.

Requirements

We are seeking a confident communicator with excellent written skills and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

A strong attention to detail, excellent written communication, and ability to problem solve and remain calm under pressure are essential for this role.
