**Manufacturing Expertise:**

We are seeking a skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team of professionals.

This role offers the opportunity to deliver key improvements in Quality, Service, and Cost through structured engineering initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.

  • Prior experience in regulated manufacturing environments is required.
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is necessary.
  • Project management and problem-solving skills are essential.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, leading process improvement initiatives, and contributing to quality, service, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver key improvements in Quality, Service, and Cost through structured engineering initiatives.
  2. Act as technical lead on product and process issues and drive root cause analysis.
  3. Drive process validation activities: IQ, OQ, PQ, VP, Gauge R&R, etc.
  4. Develop SOPs, work instructions, and documentation aligned to GMP.
  5. Lead cross-functional Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP).
  6. Transfer processes across facilities and support New Product Introduction (NPI).
  7. Provide engineering mentorship to technicians, operators, and engineers.
  8. Lead Value Stream and Cross-Functional Projects as assigned.
  9. Support audit readiness as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  10. Ensure strict adherence to EHS and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
