Project Coordination Specialist Job Opportunity

About the Role:

Administrating NEC4 ECC contracts is a key responsibility of this project coordination specialist. Managing payments and programmes, overseeing risk management, and ensuring cooperation between teams are also vital aspects of this role.

  • Effective management of payments, programme, and compensation events under NEC4 ECC contracts.
  • Issuance of instructions, notifications, and communications as required.
  • Development and implementation of financial and resource planning strategies.
  • Overseeing day-to-day site-level activities and facilitating communication between site and core levels.
  • Encouraging knowledge transfer among staff members.
  • Coordination of PMO reporting requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years' experience in project coordination across the project lifecycle.
  • 3+ years' experience as an NEC ECC Project Coordinator on major civil engineering projects.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to facilitate team collaboration.
