Job Opportunity

Sustainability and DE&I Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the delivery of our sustainability strategy, encompassing leading the DE&I subset. The ideal candidate will stay informed about evolving regulatory and best practice developments to ensure compliance and relevance in sustainability topics.

The Role
  • The Sustainability and DE&I Manager is responsible for acting as a subject matter expert, driving projects, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders across the European business.
  • This position requires strong leadership skills to lead internal projects on sustainability and DE&I initiatives.
  • A key output of this role is to develop communication content on these topics, ensuring alignment with our overall brand strategy.
Key Outputs
  • Effective monitoring of regulatory, best practice, and competitor activities related to sustainability and DE&I.
  • Accurate sustaining of the EU's sustainability strategy and reporting.
  • Leading internal projects on sustainability and DE&I.
  • Developing high-quality communication content on these topics.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sustainability and DE&I, with a track record of contributing actively to company goals.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage DE&I initiatives and drive sustainability strategies.
  • Ability to act as a subject matter expert and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
