**Senior Spa Massage Therapist Role Description**

Our team seeks an experienced and highly skilled Spa Massage Therapist to join our dynamic spa environment. As a key member of the spa team, you will provide exceptional massage therapy services to our discerning clients while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, courtesy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing high-quality body massage, facials and other spa treatments. A strong ability to build rapport with clients and deliver outstanding customer service is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and engaging wellness therapies and massage therapies to clients;
  • Deliver a variety of spa services in a safe and comfortable manner;
  • Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products;
  • Keep documentation and update client files;
  • Suggest and promote retail products or additional services;
  • Carry out checks to ensure that treatment rooms and wider spa areas are clean, well-stocked with equipment and products, safe and hygienic;
  • Ensure spa equipment is working and to coordinate safety and maintenance checks and repairs with the maintenance team where necessary;
  • Monitor and control stock levels and make spa manager aware when stock levels need replenishing;
  • Provide direct support to the spa manager when required;

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in providing high-quality body massage, facials and other spa treatments;
  • Strong ability to build rapport with clients and deliver outstanding customer service;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends;
