In J.P. Morgan's Commercial & Investment Bank, we provide strategic advice, raise capital, manage risk, and extend liquidity in markets around the world.

We are looking for a skilled Transfer Agency Client Delivery Associate to join our team in Dublin and contribute to delivering quality products and services to our clients.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in transfer agency operations, client relationship management, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients within the segment
  • Build and maintain stable senior relationships with clients to support key interactions and seamless escalation
  • Communicate escalations, service updates, and progress updates to clients
  • Maintain excellent relationships with internal partners, including Transfer Agency, Sales, Technology, Solutions, Custody, and Product Development
  • Support global operations teams in delivering quality products through efficient issue resolution and proactive client engagement
  • Conduct quality checks of exceptional processes completed by team members
  • Ensure intraday cash flow prediction reports are issued to portfolio managers within agreed SLAs
  • Utilize transfer agency operations knowledge to improve service quality
  • Process investor payment instructions and requisite fund movements
  • Handle investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers

Requirements:

  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Significant experience in Transfer Agency Operations and dealing with complex, demanding client organizations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent client-facing skills
  • Ability to drive results through leadership, communication, and influence
  • Comfortable with change, ambiguity, debate, conflict, and informed risk-taking
  • Ability to manage multiple streams of work concurrently
  • Willingness to make decisions while ensuring stakeholder buy-in
  • Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders for well-thought-out decisions
  • Flexibility in managing working hours and delivering results under time pressure
