With a strong foundation in engineering and science, we are seeking an accomplished professional to lead the development of our manufacturing technology team.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves providing expert support for site start-up and project-related activities, including generating protocols for equipment verification and validation, reviewing vendor documentation, participating in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and vendor-related activities, and ensuring equipment continues to operate as intended.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing corrective actions, executing and leading equipment verification, validation, and revalidation protocols, providing routine automation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Additionally, they will champion and drive the implementation of Global Requirement Program tools and techniques within the operation unit, drive the use of Processbook to provide business efficiency, identify equipment improvement projects, and work with the portfolio management process to identify projects/support demands.

Requirements
  • A third-level qualification in a science or engineering-related subject
  • At least 8 years of experience in a large-scale biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical facility
  • Excellent communication skills, including computer literacy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • In-depth knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
  • Experience and knowledge of DeltaV MCS platform is preferred
