Drug Substance Technologies Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our drug substance technologies team. As an Upstream Senior Scientist, you will oversee activities, professional development, and technical projects supporting commercial manufacturing.
About the RoleThe Technical Development and Services Biologics Centre of Excellence (BCoE) lab is looking for an experienced individual to manage a team of junior scientists and research associates. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a solid technical background in drug substance technologies.
- Lead a team of junior scientists and research associates in drug substance technologies.
- Coordinate goals, resourcing, and technical projects supporting commercial manufacturing.
- Oversee the development, characterization, and transfer of biologics processes.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
This position involves leading a team, managing projects, and maintaining technical expertise. If you have experience in drug substance technologies and excellent leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.
