About This Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior UX Researcher.

  • This is a key role in developing and delivering research activities to explore opportunities in complex B2B environments.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders to shape the enterprise UX strategy, including Product Management, CX, engineering, and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver research activities to explore opportunities in complex B2B environments.
  • Develop service blueprints and user journey maps to surface and define transformation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the enterprise UX strategy, including Product Management, CX, engineering, and Marketing.
  • Advocate for usability, design, and innovation within the organization.
  • Mentor and guide Designers and other participants in research practice.
About You
  • You are passionate about the impact of Design, dynamic, and results-oriented.
  • Experienced in user research and design research methodologies, with a thorough understanding of qualitative and quantitative research concepts, including usability testing.
  • Skilled in synthesizing research and presenting findings effectively.
  • Portfolio of previous work demonstrating research methodology development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Cognitive Psychology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a UX Research role.
  • Experience with usability testing frameworks, tools, and metrics.
  • Experience using design systems to ensure coherent design practices.
  • Beneficial: co-creation facilitation, financial systems experience.
