The Citco Experience Design group launched in 2024 to deliver strategic capabilities to a range of enterprise initiatives. Our mission is to deliver value through Design practice to arenas such as CX, Digital Transformation, process and organizational design, and product design.
CXD will champion and resource Design practice to deliver sustainable competitive advantage to the organization.
- User Experience (UX) research, synthesis and strategy development
- Concept and usability testing
The insights developed will support UX/UI Designers in creating impactful products and interactions grounded in human-centered design.
Required Skills & QualificationsResearch skills with an ability to conduct user research and gather data to inform design decisions.
Able to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns and trends.
Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and tools.
