Field Service Engineer Opportunity

Installation and Maintenance of Nationwide Equipment

The Role:
  • Represent the business in a professional manner.
  • Develop positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to customer service requests.
  2. Perform scheduled maintenance visits.
  3. Make recommendations after preventative maintenance visits.
  4. Manage van stock and install equipment on customer sites.
  5. Recycle or scrap parts.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Mechanical and/or electrical qualifications.
  • Field service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Computer experience for recording work completed.
  • Full clean driving license.

Requirements:

  • Electrical or mechanical qualification.
  • Field service experience.
