We are seeking an HR & Payroll Coordinator to support the successful setup of the European T20 Premier League (ETPL). This is an exciting opportunity to work with a joint venture between Rules X and Cricket Ireland, aiming to set a new benchmark for T20 cricket in Europe.

Job Description:

  • Reporting to our Director of People and Culture, you will ensure smooth HR and payroll processes during the 9-month contract.
  • You will serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing expert HR advice and guidance to employees.
  • Responsibilities include leading and managing recruitment campaigns, supporting Line Managers, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A relevant qualification in Business or Human Resources Management.
  • 1-2 years of HR experience and payroll coordination.
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards it).
  • IPASS qualification desirable but not essential.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
