Cleaning Operative

This Cleaning Operative Role involves working independently and as part of a team, utilizing previous cleaning experience to maintain cleanliness and organization.
Key Responsibilities- Cleanliness Standards: Ensure all areas are clean and tidy through vacuuming, dusting, wiping surfaces, and sweeping.
- General Maintenance: Perform scrubbing and mopping tasks, clean windows and glass surfaces as required, and empty bins in a responsible manner.
- Equipment Management: Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the designated authority.
- Health and Safety: Comply with Health & Safety requirements on client sites and company premises.
- Client Care: Handle client property with care and attention.
- Cleaning Experience: Previous cleaning experience is essential for this role.
- Language Skills: English language skills are required, including the ability to speak, understand, and write in English.
- Work Eligibility: Eligibility to work in Ireland is mandatory.
- Transportation: A full driver's license and own transport are an advantage, as site access may be limited.
- Teamwork: The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
- Reliability: Reliability, responsibility, and the ability to complete tasks on time are essential qualities.
