Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Credit Controller. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and has a passion for credit management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, setting credit limits, and minimizing bad debt exposure. They will also be expected to communicate effectively with customers and the management team to resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collecting monies owed by customers and allocating them to relevant accounts
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer debt levels and working to meet debt collection targets
  • Communicating effectively with customers and the management team to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Setting up new customer accounts and determining appropriate credit limits
  • Ensuring that all customer interactions are conducted in a professional and courteous manner
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be highly organized, able to multitask, and have good IT skills. A credit management qualification would be an advantage but is not essential.
