Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Co-Ordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and quality checking a wide range of dealing transactions through internal systems, to regulatory and client standards.

The role will involve providing input to process changes which would result in greater operational efficiency. Additionally, the candidate will provide day-to-day support and guidance to more junior team members, and support the Team Leader with respect to workflow distribution and ensuring the effective use of staff resources.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision. They will also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and quality check dealing transactions through internal systems
  • Provide input to process changes for greater operational efficiency
  • Support junior team members and manage daily operational activities
  • Identify, document and disseminate new procedures and controls
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A College or University degree in a relevant field
  • Relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision
