Job Title: Asset Recovery Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our cash and collections efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team responsible for optimizing the full collections cycle
  • Deliver monthly targets and KPIs by analyzing data, preparing reports, and driving action plans
  • Act as a liaison between finance, operations, and internal stakeholders
  • Streamline workflows and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Handle complex billing scenarios and client requests with ease
  • Support compliance with internal policies and financial controls

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in collections
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with excellent communication abilities
  • Hands-on experience with financial systems such as SAP
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with knowledge of VAT and billing compliance standards
