Job Title: Chief Information Officer

A pivotal leadership role driving technology alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  6. Manage IT infrastructure performance, ensuring system availability, resilience, and scalability.
  7. Omitize ERP systems and lead business process improvements across functions for increased efficiency and productivity.
  8. Oversee IT budgets, vendor partnerships, and service management to ensure effective resource allocation.
  9. Lead cybersecurity initiatives in line with applicable standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance and data protection.
  10. Promote the adoption of emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' senior leadership experience in IT with a proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives at a strategic level.
  • Significant experience managing ERP systems, enterprise architecture, and cloud platforms with strong technical expertise.
  • Strong leadership skills, engaging stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams with a focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity, governance, and compliance with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.
Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with data analytics, AI, and automation technologies to drive business insights and process improvements.
  • Experience working across international jurisdictions with a willingness to travel and adapt to diverse environments.
  • Prior experience in performance-driven, commercially-focused environments with strong innovation cultures and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Education:
  • Masters degree in Operations Management, IT, or a related field with a strong academic background and relevant certifications.
  • Recognised certifications in IT governance, security, or digital transformation are highly valued and advantageous.
