A dynamic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Duty Manager to join our fast-paced grocery team. As a key member of the leadership group, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless shopping experiences for customers and guiding your team towards achieving store goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Daily Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of store management, including stock replenishment, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate your team to achieve store objectives, fostering a positive work environment and promoting collaboration.
  • Cash Management: Handle cash duties, including banking and end-of-day reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, ensuring product availability and minimizing waste.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety regulations, and operational standards.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in supervisory or management roles within a retail environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
