Fire Safety Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Fire Safety Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of fire safety equipment in our client premises.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a service-based role and hold a full clean driving license. They will also possess strong attention to detail, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

As a Fire Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining fire safety equipment, completing paperwork, and providing certification for client premises. You will also manage call-out requests, supply and install new portable firefighting equipment and signage, and attend staff meetings and training sessions.

Essential Criteria:

  • At least one year of experience in a service-based role
  • Full clean driving license
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in undertaking the maintenance of fire extinguishers in accordance with IS291 and previous extinguisher technician certification
  • Field service experience with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • An interest in working with a diverse range of local and international clients
  • Familiarity with a wide range of products within the fire industry
