Job Title: Senior Grade Psychologist

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Grade Psychologist to join our team. As a Senior Grade Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to individuals, groups, and communities.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and interventions for individuals with complex mental health needs
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide training and supervision to junior staff members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to service development

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Psychologist, preferably in a clinical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
