Job Opportunity

As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Sites Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of multiple sites, ensuring that all works are carried out safely and efficiently.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a key role in driving our business forward.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assign work to Approved persons on ESBN Systems.
  • Prepare and issue Work Packs, including Premobilisation etc.
  • Plan and sequence works, as well as manage outage requirements.
  • Liaise with Stations PICWs (site supervisors) to ensure accuracy and efficiency in Telemessing.
  • Comply with all SHEQ policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with site management on tasks such as maintaining records and files.
  • Display knowledge of works being undertaken.
  • Manage Additional works, including fault and scope creep.
  • Oversee site Quality and Environmental issues.
  • Manage multiple crews in electrical and civil capacity.
  • Ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of all crews.
  • Ensure sites are adequately resourced with materials, equipment and manpower.
  • Maintain safety file with quality documentation, sign-in sheets etc.
  • Ensure highest standard of safety is maintained on all sites.
  • Capture and record CVI's(variations) during works.
  • Conduct regular quality and H&S audits on site.
Requirements
  • Qualified electrician
  • Supervisory experience essential of 33Kv or higher live substations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
