We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to lead our kitchen team.
- Assume leadership of the kitchen during service, ensuring dishes meet exacting standards.
- Collaborate with senior chefs to develop menus, plan preparations, and manage daily operations.
- Mentor and train junior staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizing.
- Ensure rigorous adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality protocols.
- Contribute to kitchen inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar kitchen or supervisory role.
- Strong culinary skills with attention to detail and quality.
- Proven ability to mentor and lead junior staff in a dynamic setting.
- Solid knowledge of food safety and kitchen cleanliness standards.
- Positive attitude and solution-focused approach.
- Prior experience working in a similar environment essential.
