Job Title: Client Services Account Manager

The Client Services Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of clients and deals within the Structured Finance Team servicing Collateralised Loan Obligation (CLO) and Loan Fund transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manages a portfolio of clients and/or deals working closely with a team of client service account managers to deliver structured finance transactions, acting as the primary point of contact and escalation for the respective clients.
  • Provides guidance and development opportunities to junior team members and ensures the team is delivering best-in-class service to their clients.
  • Liaises with clients, counterparties, and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of transactions and queries.
  • Reviews transaction documentation with the in-house legal team, ensuring efficient processing and settlement of deal-related transactions, including cash payments, instructed investments, and custody securities settlements.
  • Produces and delivers compliance reporting, European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) reporting, payment date reports, and daily cash management.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Structured Finance, preferably in a client services role.
  • Understanding of the global financial services industry and debt capital markets, with knowledge of CLO and/or Loan Funds an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and a proven track record of developing and guiding staff.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge of payment processing, issuing and paying agency operations, structured finance transaction documentation, and capital markets operations.
