Clinical nurse managers are key professionals in the healthcare industry, responsible for overseeing the delivery of complementary therapies to children and teens in a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the provision of complementary therapies
- Manage the administration of complementary therapies to children/teens and their carers
- Develop effective communication strategies with all hospital staff, including the Palliative Care team
- Identify needs and coordinate the introduction of appropriate therapies
The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in an acute paediatric hospital setting and a qualification in a complementary therapy such as massage, reflexology, or aromatherapy.
As a clinical nurse manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in clinical leadership, patient care, and team management. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to patients and their families.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that complementary therapies are delivered safely and effectively. You will also contribute to the development of new therapies and treatment plans.
