Lead a Team to Deliver High-Quality Care

The Director of Nursing is responsible for leading and managing the clinical team, ensuring top-tier care for residents. This role requires a qualified nurse with at least 3 years of management experience in older person care, along with a post-registration management qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality care to residents.
  • Conduct internal audits and implement improvements based on findings.
  • Oversee staff recruitment, induction, and ongoing professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with HIQA standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Registered Nurse with a post-registration management qualification.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of management experience in older person care.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent organizational and communication abilities.
