Compassionate Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and assist with care team development
  • Undertake spot checks with healthcare assistants within the community
  • Conduct thorough client reviews to ensure ongoing high-quality care
  • Communicate effectively with the Quality and Compliance team regarding HIQA and Incident Management
  • Establish strong relationships with the HSE
  • Carrystaff introductions in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Evaluate and monitor the quality of care delivered to clients and report concerns to the area manager
  • Provide support and assistance with office duties as required
Requirements
  • A background in health or social care
  • At least one year's experience in supervisory roles within healthcare
  • Full QQI Level 5 Major award in Healthcare Support
  • Level 6 in Supervisory Management
  • Availability to work alternative weekends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A full clean driving license and access to a car
