Cyber Security Governance & Strategy Manager

Join a global community of cybersecurity professionals who work together to achieve their full potential. We are looking for a Cyber Security Governance & Strategy Manager to join our team in Dublin.

This role will be part of our cross-functional cyber security practice, working with clients across various sectors and jurisdictions. You will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborating with colleagues from different backgrounds and cultures.

The successful candidate will have relevant professional qualifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CCSP. They will also possess strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, including NIST, ISO27001, CIS, and CSA CCM.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing guidance and sharing knowledge with team members to deliver solutions spanning cyber strategy, regulatory alignment, and compliance.
  • Overseeing engagement objectives, strategizing to comply with professional standards, and mitigating risks inherent in engagements.
  • Reviewing work performed by the engagement team and maintaining relationships with client account leadership to manage expectations of service, including work products, timing, and services to be delivered.
  • Identifying technological opportunities and evaluating Information Security and Privacy impacts on the client's business.
  • Demonstrating excellent project management skills, promoting teamwork, and individual accountability with engagement team members.
  • Participating in the design and implementation of a broad range of IT risk-focused objectives, including Technology Governance, ICT Third Party Risk Management, Operational, and Digital.

Key Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Relevant professional qualification (CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CCSP).
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO27001, CIS, and CSA CCM).
  • Experience in completing cybersecurity maturity assessments, cyber risk management, and/or cyber strategy.
  • Ability to work on different projects ensuring strategic alignment with relevant laws, regulations, and business objectives.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Previous experience working in a consultancy services firm or similar environment.
  • Relevant cybersecurity experience in large corporates/multinational environments in strategic roles.
