This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in payments, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Manage investigative research and analysis regarding complex financial transactions and identify unusual payments impacting the company and clients.
- Input and approve low and high-value funds transfers across the company network, sending to worldwide locations using various systems and applications.
- Understand AML (Anti-Money Laundering), Compliance & KYC (Know Your Client) regulations in multiple jurisdictions.
- Ensure efficient team structure through effective resource management, focusing on correct skills for roles and optimum resourcing level.
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or equivalent qualification/work experience.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills, as well as leadership and motivation abilities.
- Ability to prioritise work under pressure while supporting the team and ensuring assignments are completed with established deadlines.
- Customer-focused with superior customer service skills and a proven ability to follow through on issues to a satisfactory resolution.
- Good knowledge of international clearing systems, messaging formats & Swift.
