Job Title: Brand Ambassador - Fixed Term Contract
Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Brand Ambassador. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and generating new distribution and volume by creating and leveraging relationships with regional accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Completing predetermined quantity of outlet visits per week aligned to client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Achieving a predetermined minimum quantity of visit New Distribution Points aligned to client KPIs.
- Negotiating and maintaining increase distribution of new and existing products aligned to the client KPIs.
- Continually contributing to other activities that generate return on investment.
- Defending share of space by ensuring key Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) are available in chiller/Shelf/Display with the correct price displayed.
- Ensuring maximum outlet awareness of all existing products and new product launches via Point of Sale, National and local activity.
- Ensuring all response data is recorded 100% accurately via the data recording tool.
- Providing weekly updates on wins with details and pictures to promote activity to the client.
- Reporting any issues to ensure speedy resolution of issues and timely data entry.
- Updating CRM including the removal of closed sites and cleansing of data.
- Providing prompt and thorough feedback concerning supply, pricing, or availability of products.
- Completing weekly feedback as requested by manager.
- Channel Insight.
- Providing insightful and actionable feedback on market intelligence/competitor activity.
- Keeping abreast of trends, news and information concerning the channel in which you are working.
Person Specification:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, including rapport building, influencing and negotiation.
- Good organisational and planning skills.
- Analytical, able to interpret sales data.
- Self-motivated with a flexible and pro-active approach.
- Administration and organisational skills.
- IT literate.
- Previous retail, food service, and/or FMCG sales experience desirable but not essential.
- Full clean valid driving licence required.
