This position is also open to experienced Warehouse Supervisors from a 3PL environment who are looking to take the next step in their career while bringing strong people management and systems expertise.

The successful candidate will take a proactive approach to leadership and continuous improvement, driving efficiency, maintaining operational standards, and motivating their team to achieve high levels of performance.

This role operates on a Monday to Friday day shift, providing a stable schedule with a clear path for progression within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations within a fast-paced 3PL environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead, train, and develop a team, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
  • Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Manage inventory accuracy, stock control, and warehouse organisation.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce waste.
  • Work closely with transport and customer service teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Analyse operational data to drive improvements and report key performance metrics.
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
