Key Responsibilities

The People Experience Manager will have a wide range of responsibilities including:

  • Internal Communications: Support and manage internal communication programming, develop and execute creative strategies for communicating to employees, and manage company intranet site content and administration.
  • Team Culture + Recognition Program Management: Support and embed FBG's first Employee Value Proposition through initiatives that drive a better, more inclusive and equitable experience, ownership of FBG's recognition strategy in partnership with the People team, Finance and leadership, and partner with PBPs and broader People Experience team to measure the effectiveness of current programs.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, 5-8 years of related experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, passionate about employee experience, in-depth understanding of people best practices and drivers of behavior, and ability to establish credibility and develop, maintain, and influence at all levels in the organization.
