Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Cost Consultant to support our project leaders in delivering high-quality services and contributing to our company's reputation as a leading provider of cost management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate cost advice and reporting to clients
  • Deliver projects, commissions, and professional assignments with limited supervision
  • Maintain effective communication to ensure successful project completion
  • Undertake commercial management services with proactive team leadership
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or equivalent
  • Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
  • Public sector or private commercial sector experience in sectors such as healthcare, offices, residential, hospitality, major projects, fit out, and refurbishment
  • Proficient in CostX or other cost planning software
  • Sustainability and data skills, including carbon assessment and Power BI
  • Pre- and post-contract experience
  • Good technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills
