The Job Description

You will be responsible for demand planning, production scheduling, capacity management at a contract manufacturer, and outbound logistics coordination. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role that requires significant cross-functional collaboration. Your primary focus will be on developing demand forecasts in partnership with commercial teams, coordinating with contract manufacturing partners, monitoring daily production performance, and managing outbound finished goods logistics.

  • Develop accurate demand forecasts by analyzing market trends and customer needs.">
  • Collaborate with contract manufacturers to optimize raw material procurement, production capacity, and output.">
  • Monitor daily production performance and proactively address supply chain risks.">
  • Manage outbound logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.">
  • Collaborate with warehouses and third-party logistics providers to maintain inventory levels aligned with revenue and safety stock targets.">
  • E nsure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation for audits and reporting.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Engineering, or related field.">
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in production, supply, or demand planning.">
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.">
  • Familiarity with FDA medical device regulations and Good Distribution Practices.">
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.">
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.">
