CQV Site Engineer Position

A high-impact CQV Site Engineer is sought to lead a team of skilled engineers on complex client sites throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and direct a team of commissioning and qualification specialists to ensure seamless site execution.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Commissioning and Qualification strategies, including validation master plans and protocols.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to facilitate Design Review (DR) processes and GMP Risk Assessments (FMEA).
  • Ensure site projects adhere to company guidelines, regulatory standards, and safety best practices.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors, managing their activities and progress reviews.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience in commissioning and qualification activities for pharmaceutical facilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Proven track record as a manager/leader of C&Q teams.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as ISPE and ASTM E2500.
