Site Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in residential developments to oversee the delivery of a mixed development in South Dublin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee RC frame construction works on site.
Supervise subcontractors, site teams, and labour resources effectively.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation.
Monitor progress against programme and implement corrective actions where required.
Maintain strict quality control procedures in line with project specifications.
Chair and attend regular site meetings with project stakeholders.
Prepare and review site documentation including reports, method statements, and risk assessments.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and design teams to resolve technical or logistical issues.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in a Site Manager role with a strong track record on residential projects.
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Solid understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and programme management.
Strong knowledge of health & safety standards and best practices.
