Property Lawyer

As a Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing property transaction documentation. This involves drafting and amending legal documents to ensure they meet all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications to facilitate smooth property transactions.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts to safeguard client interests.
  • Supporting mortgage and loan procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Utilizing Practice Evolve for efficient file management and compliance.
  • Coordinating document bibles and data rooms to maintain transparency throughout the transaction process.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on property law.
  • Not pursuing FE1 exams to demonstrate your commitment to this field.
  • Strong drafting and dictation skills to produce high-quality documents efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Land Direct and ROS to leverage their capabilities effectively.
  • A high level of attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment where adaptability is key.
